These terms apply to all purchases, commissions, collaborations, and interactions made through ranvek.

1. Brand & Intellectual Property

All content created, designed, curated, or published by ranvek- including but not limited to artwork, concepts, product designs, styling, photographs, graphics, text, layouts, branding elements, and visual assets- remains the intellectual property of ranvek unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

ranvek reserves all rights related to its creative work, design language, and commissioned concepts.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

Every ranvek piece is created through handcrafted, artisanal, or small-batch processes. Minor variations in texture, colour, finish, proportions, detailing, designs, or material character are natural to the making process and are not considered defects.

Natural materials may evolve over time and can develop subtle changes such as soft fading, grain variation, patina, or irregularities that contribute to the uniqueness of the piece.

No two handcrafted products will be completely identical.

3. Product Representation

We make every effort to present our products and finishes as accurately as possible across photography, digital renders, and online listings.

However, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to:

Design Fee

All custom projects are subject to a separate design fee. This fee covers concept development, research, drawings, sampling, material exploration, and design time.

The design fee is non-refundable once the design process has begun.

Quotations

As each custom project is uniquely developed, an exact production estimate cannot be provided prior to design finalisation. Final costing will be shared upon completion and approval of the design phase.

Design Approval

Production begins only after written approval of the final design, dimensions, finishes, and specifications shared with the client.

Once approved:

Full payment is required before dispatch for all products.

Custom Orders

Custom projects follow the payment structure below unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Production timelines may be paused in case of delayed payments.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 working days of confirmation.

Approved cancellations within this period will be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of applicable design, processing, sourcing, or administrative costs.

Once a custom order has entered the design or production phase, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

Approved cancellations within this period will be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of applicable design, processing, sourcing, or administrative costs.

product unavailability,

pricing or listing errors,

incomplete payments,

suspected fraudulent activity,

unforeseen production limitations.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

As all ranvek products are handcrafted or made-to-order, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are only considered in the event of:

manufacturing defects,

transit damage,

incorrect item delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and unboxing documentation.
