Shipping Policy

At ranvek, every piece is handcrafted, carefully finished, and packed with attention before dispatch. As our works are produced through small-batch and made-to-order processes, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the artwork and production schedule.
 

Processing & Dispatch Timelines
 

Collection Pieces

Orders from our existing collections typically require approximately 45–60 working days for production and dispatch.


Custom Commissions

Custom and made-to-order projects generally require approximately 60–90 working days, unless otherwise communicated by ranvek during the design and approval process.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • scale and complexity of the piece,

  • design approvals,

  • material sourcing,

  • artisan workflows,

  • and finishing requirements.

For custom projects, we remain in touch throughout the process and share progress updates, images, and final details prior to shipping and dispatch.
 

Shipping Partners

ranvek currently works with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners for all domestic and international deliveries. We do not operate in-house shipping services.

Shipping charges are determined entirely by the respective courier or logistics provider and may vary depending on:

  • package dimensions,

  • framing specifications,

  • delivery location,

  • and shipping method selected.

As shipping and transit operations are managed externally:

  • delivery timelines may occasionally vary,

  • transit delays may occur due to operational or regional circumstances,

  • and shipping schedules remain subject to courier service availability.

While we are always happy to assist in coordinating with delivery partners and helping resolve shipment-related concerns wherever possible, courier timelines and transit delays remain outside the direct control of Ranvek.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, especially considering the delicate and handcrafted nature of our pieces.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping within India is calculated based on the size, weight, fragility, and framing requirements of each artwork.

Certain oversized or custom-framed pieces may require specialised packaging and handling arrangements.

Tracking details will be shared once the shipment has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently accept select international orders depending on the artwork size, framing requirements, and shipping feasibility.

For international deliveries:

  • shipping timelines and charges vary by destination,

  • customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer,

  • customs clearance timelines may differ from country to country and can occasionally impact delivery schedules.

Customers interested in international orders are encouraged to contact Ranvek prior to purchase for shipping availability and detailed coordination.

Damages During Transit

Every Ranvek piece is packed with utmost care to ensure safe transit.

In the rare event that a shipment arrives damaged, customers are requested to:

  • notify us within 48 hours of delivery,

  • share clear photographs/videos of the outer packaging and product,

  • retain all original packaging materials until the matter is reviewed.

We will do our best to coordinate with the shipping partner and assist with the resolution process wherever possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.

Ranvek shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from:

  • incorrect shipping details,

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • customer unavailability,

  • customs-related delays,

  • or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
