city in motion
inspired by the spatial language of lucknow, this work explores how built forms are arranged, repeated, and experienced across the city. organic shapes and structured lines come together as part of a larger architectural rhythm --- one that guides movement, frames space, and defines how the city is inhabited.
a flowing line moves through the composition like a pathway, guiding the eye across the piece and creating moments of movement and pause.... it draws from the way streets, courtyards, and built edges interact within the city, where openness and structure constantly exist together.
conceived as a pair, the works extend this sense of movement across two forms, though each remains complete in its own right. together or singularly, they capture how form, flow, and movement shape the lived experience of the city.
